By signing up, you agree to the terms and conditions of the Real Estate Business Mastery Coaching Program. This is a 12-month long program and at the end of the 12 months, you will automatically continue with the program as a “Mastery Alumni Member”, for as long as you would choose. After your 12-month program is complete, you will be billed $50 per Month for ongoing access to the Real Estate Business Mastery and Mastery Alumni Programs. The post 12-month “Mastery Alumni” program is only $50 per month and is a “Month to Month” Program, however, a “30 Day Notice” is required to cancel the program and your billing. The initial 12 months “Real Estate Business Mastery” Program is a full 12-month program, you are fully committing to the 12 months, you agree and understand that there are no cancellations and no refunds. All sales are final and you agree that you will not participate or attempt any chargeback disputes with your credit card company and/or bank. Access to the Real Estate Business Mastery and the Mastery Alumni Programs is only granted and given to currently paying Members. In the event, you choose to cancel your Mastery Alumni Membership or your payment is delinquent for either the Mastery Alumni Program or the Real Estate Business Mastery Program, access to any and all content will be removed immediately. The content and materials in this program are the property of Joshua Smith and not to be shared or distributed with anyone other than you as the Paying Member of the Program.
